​Ken Davies, VP Business & Development is a successful innovator in events, podcasts and brand marketing. His narrated and produced podcasts have attracted over 500,000 worldwide downloads in 2022. His expertise includes developing audience reach, contract negotiation with some of the UK’s top advertisers and media production. He is a lifelong supporter of Wrexham FC, which was long-suffering until about two years ago.
Joe Forrester, Head of Audience Engagement, is a presenter, producer, and award-nominated podcaster. Joe's presenting career across national television and radio encompasses Sky 1, Sky Arts, 4Music, talkSPORT and the BBC, as well as being an award-nominated football podcaster. His producing CV includes creating short and long form content, clients include Adidas, UNICEF and Amazon. Joe is an ardent Spurs fan and also leads our Tottenham podcast.
​Nick Britten, VP of Talent & Operations has enjoyed a career steeped in media and football. Having spent 23 years on the national press as a journalist and broadcaster, he now runs a successful consultancy offering corporate communications support, media and public speaking training. Nick is a Derby County fan, former Chairman of Derby County Football Club Women and a regular contributor on BBC television and radio.
Jesse Sarwar, Head of Recruitment, has enjoyed a successful career in talent acquisition in a variety of global markets. After starting his career in London, he moved to Dubai in 2007 and successfully established a recruitment business before returning to the U.K. in 2022.
He now runs a successful e-commerce business and is a passionate, lifelong Liverpool supporter.
​Cate Munro, Head of Liaison, is a radio presenter, podcast producer and YouTuber with over 20 years of experience in local journalism. She has collaborated with publications and companies across the globe, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her work. Cate is a passionate mental health advocate dedicated to raising awareness and providing support. Additionally, she is a life-long Leeds United fan.
